1. Data Controller

2. What data we process and for what purpose

We do not make automated decisions or create profiles with legal effects on you.
3. Recipients
To provide the service, we share data with providers acting as data processors: the e-commerce platform (Shopify), payment providers, digital download delivery services, email tools, and, when necessary, tax and accounting consultancy. If we activate advertising and measurement tools like Meta (Facebook and Instagram), they receive browsing data and, when you accept marketing cookies, encrypted contact data to measure ad effectiveness; you can reject this category of cookies at any time without it affecting your purchase. We may also communicate data to public authorities when required by law.
4. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, the transfer is based on the appropriate safeguards provided for in the GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions.
5. How long we keep your data
We keep order data for the periods required by tax, commercial, and consumer regulations. Waiting list data is kept until you withdraw your consent or the corresponding guide is released. Contact data is kept for the time necessary to handle your inquiry. Afterward, it is blocked and securely deleted.
6. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to hogarligero@gmail.com and indicating the right you are exercising. If you do not agree with the processing, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

7. Minors
This store is not directed at children under 14 years of age. If you believe a minor has provided us with data, write to us and we will delete it.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. The platform uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS).

We may update this policy; the current version is the one published on this page. We comply with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).
